Nous recherchons un leader en ingénierie capable de mener de front deux missions : diriger une équipe de produit hautement performante qui bâtit des systèmes durables et évolutifs, tout en agissant comme un leader technique crédible face à nos partenaires, capable de s'asseoir avec le CTO d'un client pour définir la portée d'une intégration et la déployer.

Ce poste requiert une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. La personne retenue devra communiquer et collaborer régulièrement avec des collègues, gestionnaires, clients, fournisseurs et partenaires d’affaires situés à l’extérieur du Québec, ainsi que consulter, préparer et utiliser de la documentation, des systèmes et des communications en français et en anglais. La connaissance de l’anglais est donc nécessaire à l’exercice des fonctions liées au poste ainsi qu’au respect des exigences opérationnelles et des besoins de la clientèle dans un environnement d’affaires international.

Hotels CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) is one of HTS's fastest-growing fintech products: a cancellation service embedded directly into partner booking flows, letting travelers cancel for any reason and receive a refund, no questions asked. It's a B2B2C product — sold through partners, exercised by travelers, and powered by HTS.

We're looking for an engineering leader who can do two things at once: run a high-performing product team building durable, scalable systems, and be a credible, partner-facing technical leader who can sit across the table from a partner's CTO, scope an integration, and ship it.
