We’re hiring a People Operations Associate to support both People Ops and recruiting. This role sits at the center of how the team runs: keeping hiring moving, maintaining strong systems and data, and ensuring day-to-day execution is thoughtful, consistent, and high quality.

You’ll work across recruiting, operations, and internal initiatives, building a strong understanding of how a global People function actually operates. You’ll report to the Head of People and work closely across the team, partnering on both People Ops and recruiting efforts.

This is a role where you’ll have a real impact through the way you operate - by keeping work moving, maintaining high-quality systems, and following through on the details that make the team effective.

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn by doing - someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and takes ownership of their work. As you build context, there’s room to expand your scope across different areas of People Ops.

Compensation The US base salary range for this role is $72K–$127K annually, plus equity and benefits. Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
